Ingredients

  • 3 x 160g Farmers Union Plus Mango Yogurt
  • Pulp from 4 passionfruit
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp honey, warmed (optional)
  • Equipment required
  • Popsicle mould
  • 8 wooden ice cream sticks

Method

Step 1

Whisk together yoghut, passionfruit, water and honey (if using) to create a liquid like consistency. Pour into the popsicle mould, place the lid on top and slide wooden stick into the holes.

Step 2

Freeze overnight
