Overnight oats are a classic grab-and-go breakfast. It’s easy to make as it doesn’t require cooking on a stovetop. You can also make them in batches and have them throughout the week. Plus, you can add any toppings you like. Think of oats as a blank canvas, you can pair it with honey, peanut butter, fresh or dried fruits, seeds, nuts or whatever your heart desires! You can also add a dollop of Farmers Union Greek Yogurt to make it creamy and more delicious. Overnight oats are nutritious and satiating. What more can you ask for?

STEP 1
Combine oats, yoghurt, milk and berries in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight or until oats have absorbed liquid and become thick.
STEP 2
Spoon oats into a serving bowl and serve topped with a dollop of yogurt, sprinkled with almonds and extra fresh berries.
