1 cup Farmers Union Greek Style Yogurt, extra, to serve
fresh mint leaves, to serve
strawberries, to serve
Substitute strawberries for raspberries if desired.
Method
STEP 1
Place strawberries in a medium bowl and roughly crushed with a fork. Stir in the honey until mixed through. Add mint and yogurt and stir until thoroughly combined.
STEP 2
Line a 30cm x 20cm slice pan with baking paper. Pour in yogurt mixture and freeze for several hours or overnight.
STEP 3
Remove slice from pan and cut into slices. Serve topped with extra yogurt, mint and strawberries.
