Hailing from India, tandoori is a mixture of cayenne, coriander, chili powder, turmeric, ginger, dry mustard, fennel, cumin and paprika. It’s often made into a paste using yogurt and lime juice to marinate chicken. Traditionally, tandoori chicken is cooked in a tandoor oven that emits enough high heat to produce its signature mellow but savoury flavour. You won’t regret giving this flavourful Tandoori Chicken Burger recipe a go. You’ll thank us for it!
